The Selling Process

Selling a property requires careful planning to achieve the highest return on your investment. We can't control the market but we can position ourselves in a way that will maximize our chances for a faster sale and a higher sales price. We do that by getting the property market-ready, marketing the listing with a powerful impact, and by pricing it competitively.

A listing package includes valuable information about the property and the neighborhood.

Small signs displayed in your home to point out features that may not be obvious to potential buyers.

Electronic Flyers are e-mail advertisements for your property. They are sent to realtors who work in your listing area. Their structure and layout is very similar to printed flyers.
